In order for Rock Hill Farm to continue to raise and breed quality goats, we reserve the right to retain any kid born that we believe will strengthen our breeding program – despite having received deposit(s) for said kids. In that case, your deposit will be graciously refunded to you.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS: To reserve a kid, a $100 non-refundable deposit per kid is required. A verbal reservation is not possible; deposits are required. If at kidding time we are unable to fulfill your reservation, your deposit may be transferred to another available bundle of joy or extended to the next kidding season. A deposit is non-refundable should the kid be rejected due to color or if the reservation is cancelled after purchase commitment. Any deposit made on adult purchase is also non-refundable.
PRICING: Pricing can and is likely to be different per breedings. Kids are required to be picked up (or arrangements made) by 4 weeks of age. If kids are not picked up by 4 weeks of age, a $5 per day boarding fee will be applied.
PAYMENT: Deposits and balance of payment (which is due within 10 days after kid’s birth) can be made via check, money order, or PayPal. Checks will be required to clear before animal can be taken from our farm. If balance is not paid within 10 days, the reservation and deposit will be forfeited.
